For a stock to qualify as a Premier Stock, the company that issues the stock must meet all StockGarden valuation requirements.  To be placed in the table as a Premier Stock, all key indicators for the stock must be positive.  The company that issues the stock must have achieved a well established, long-term, beneficial ROA, ROE, and ROI.  It must have low debt and a high cash per share ratio.  It must demonstrate a steady, long-term sales growth rate, with consistent or improving profitability and operating margin.  The average sales growth rate reported by the company must outperform the average sales growth rate reported by other companies within its industry.

Many key factors are analyzed to determine the StockGarden valuation of a stock.  The short ratio, the number of shares outstanding, earnings per share, the number of shares owned by officers and directors of the company, the current ratio, the current book price, current market capitalization and current trading volume, all these key factors are examined to determine the StockGarden valuation.  Different factors affect the value of a stock to a greater or lesser degree.  When the value of a stock is calculated, factors that have a greater influence on the value of a stock are given greater weight.  Only by satisfying all StockGarden valuation requirements can the stock of any company achieve the status of Premier Stock.   Each Premier Stock listed and ranked in this table is a superior performer, one with high potential for profit, compelling to astute investors.  The company that issued a stock currently posted in this table has satisfied all the StockGarden valuation requirements for its stock to be included as a Premier Stock.
